I am thrilled to be offering this natural dye workshop at Bluewater Creek Farm, following their Saturday market and farm tour. We will be using plants and flowers foraged from the farm to prepare natural dye baths.

I will introduce you to the basics of natural dye practices, and you will learn how to prepare the dye bath as we dye some sample fabric swatches, and a cotton string market bag, that you will take home after class. It is possible that your clothes will come in contact with the dye, so please dress accordingly!
