Most Idyllwilde items are cut and sewn in small batches, and many are made to order, and may take 1-10 business days to process and ship. Please email us if you would like to know if an item is in stock and ready to ship: info@idyllwilde.co

USPS Priority Flat Rate $10.00 shipping for all domestic orders

USPS Express $20.00 shipping for all domestic orders

UPS International Flat Rate $40.00 shipping for all international orders

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges on all non sale items if you will kindly follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at: info@idyllwilde.co within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Ship the return merchandise within 5 days of receiving return authorization from us. Merchandise must be in original, like-new condition, with tags and labels in tact.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Idyllwilde is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise, or return shipping charges. We recommend your package be insured with tracking information.

  • Purchase of all sale items are final and non-refundable.
