I’m so excited to welcome Summer McCreless of Mothering Herbs for this workshop packed with information about the wellness benefits of herbs. The workshop includes hands on crafting of your own herbal tea blend and bath salts.

About the instructor:

Summer McCreless is an educator in Herbalism, Plant identification, Outdoors education and Native American History. She is a certified Herbalist and received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

What you’ll learn:

Summer will guide us through the process of making herbal products for kitchen and bath; and will also demonstrate an herbal honey infusion that can be used for wellness benefits. We will talk about how to grow herbs at home and discuss growing from seed, propagating from cuttings, and what to look out for in the growing process.

You’ll go home with the two herbal products you prepare during the workshop, additional recipes, a live herb plant of your choice, and a deeper connection with Mother Earth.
